Shipping policy

Orders are prepared securely and dispatched to the delivery address entered at checkout. Processing and delivery times vary by product, destination, carrier availability, and seasonal demand.

Some orders may arrive within a few days, while others can take several weeks. Estimated delivery information shown during checkout or in order communications is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Separate products in one order may be sent in different parcels.

Tracking information is emailed when it becomes available. Tracking can take a short time to update after dispatch. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address and for any local customs charges or import duties that may apply.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel appears to be lost, email contact@unaccept.com with your order number and we will help investigate.
